The vacation home is located in Weirs Beach, Laconia, NH. Just a short walk (5 mins) down Tower Street into the center of the bustling Weirs Beach onto Lakeside Avenue where you will find the public beach and restaurants, pizza stalls, ice cream, arcades, batting cages, waterslides, go-karts, water bumper cars and rock-climbing wall. Weirs Beach also has a drive-in movie theater and the famous Mt. Washington Cruise Ship that offers site seeing cruises and dinner/dancing cruises.

The property is quite new and is meticulously decorated & furnished as it is a predominantly personal use vacation home used during the winter season. Most all furniture & fittings are new. Some of the features of this property include, decks on front & back with outdoor seating, heated forced hot air and air conditioning, hardwood (laminate) floors downstairs & tile in kitchen. Six seater pub style dining suite with contemporary lighting. Kitchen boasts microwave, fridge, oven/hob, dishwasher, etc. Living room includes a large flat screen TV with basic cable service , DVD player and surround sound. Living flame effect gas fire. Furniture includes leather chaise lounge, and two reclining sofa chairs with cup holders & center console. Patio door out to rear deck. Upstairs there are two full size bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The bathroom has tub & shower.

Note that the garage is not accessible to renters as it is used for personal storage.

Weirs Beach is 1.5 hours from Boston. Tanger Outlet Shopping is 30-minutes from us. North Conway is 1 hour away. Meredith is just 5-miles away.

Early season rental rates exclude motorcycle week (6/12-6/20). Call for pricing.

Winter availability limited due to personal usage.

Summer season rental if available (approx. 6/1 to 9/30) - $7,500.

We charge a refundable security deposit of $250 to protect the property & furnishing from accidental damage.

A $85 cleaning fee (non-refundable) will be added to the final bill.

Maximum six people per party. Mixed gender only. Groups of adults (2+) must be 25 or over.
